課程概述

In Class – Lecture and Student-led Discussion.

Assignments- Assignments (homework) will basically be given to students on a weekly basis (C-E/E-C on alternate weeks). Students are required to upload anonymous assignments to CEIBA, on which they can access and discuss peer work the week after submission. They must also submit a copy of the assignment to the teacher by email, so the teacher can evaluate whether their progress is satisfactory.

Midterm & Final Examination – The exams will comprise two pieces of translation, one for each language direction.
 

課程目標
 This course is structured to equip students with skills in translating economic and financial news texts in both C-E and E-C directions, and to help them acquire basic background knowledge in these areas as well. 
課程要求
 Students are required to submit weekly assignments on time (12 exercises during the term) and lead class discussions.
